Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
